It’s great to draw the distinction between the 2. It’s needed. What would you say about vision in that same vein?

vision is extremely important when it is properly understood, but very often it is not properly understood. Vision starts with what you are trying to accomplish and should always be closely tied to a philosophy of ministry. Once you know what you are trying to accomplish you work backward to figure out how to accomplish it. The what is the vision and the how is the model or the programs used to accomplish the vision. Maybe that will be a future video post.
